Half A Year Of One Employee’s Pay On A Single Page

The Zions 76L is the large hours and wages record book, suited to up to 25 employees per year, with 54 pages of 27 lines at 270 x 265mm.

The book works one employee per page. The page header takes the employer name and address, the employee’s name, address and date of birth if under 21, the applicable award or agreement, the class of work and tick boxes for full time, part time, permanent, temporary or casual. Each of the 27 lines is then a week, so one page carries that person through half a year.

Across each weekly line you enter the week ending date, hours worked on each of seven days, total hours and the rate, then allowances, gross wages, tax and two further deduction columns, net payment, the employer super contribution and a signature. Seeing six months of pay in one place makes it quick to answer a question about a past week or check leave and overtime patterns.
