Zart Scratch Skulls Pack of 24

Scratch calavera skulls for Day of the Dead studies

Zart Scratch Skulls Pack of 24, supplier code SA047, are pre-cut calavera skull shapes from The Creative School Supply Company in six designs, made from 250gsm card with 24 wooden scratch tools.

The supplier presents the skulls as a multicultural project for exploring Dia De Los Muertos, the Day of the Dead, a Mexican holiday on November 2nd that focuses on remembering friends and family members who have passed away. It also lists other study links to the human body and Halloween.

Scratching into the black coating reveals a colourful floral pattern underneath, echoing the decorated calavera style. Each design is approximately 14cm x 10.3cm, and the pack holds six skull shapes with four of each. The pack includes 24 wooden scratch tools.

Finished skulls can be grouped on a display board. Scratch hands and scratch leaves are listed separately for other topics. Browse educational craft supplies, craft shapes and blanks, teacher resources and the Zart range.
