Xstamper CX-BN Message Stamp Received/Date Blue

Record the date documents arrive with a professional pre-inked stamp built for daily use

The Xstamper CX-BN Received/Date Message Stamp in blue is a pre-inked rubber stamp that delivers sharp, consistent impressions for mail handling, document intake and correspondence tracking in Australian offices.

Xstamper is Japan’s premium pre-inked stamp brand, trusted by offices worldwide for the quality and longevity of their ink formulation. The CX-BN series uses laser-engraved rubber for precise impressions that remain crisp across up to 100,000 uses. The Received/Date stamp includes a date space alongside the Received message, letting staff record exactly when a document was received in a single impression. No stamp pad required – the built-in oil-based ink reservoir handles everything.

Blue ink is the standard choice for received stamps in Australian offices and legal environments, providing clear visibility on white and light-coloured documents without the urgency signal of red. The retractable frame protects the stamp surface between uses, and the clear title window allows quick identification in a drawer of stamps.

Suits receptionists, mail room staff, accounts receivable teams, legal secretaries and any role that processes incoming documents, invoices or correspondence. Re-inkable with Xstamper refill ink for continued long-term use.
