Xstamper CX-BN Message Stamp Entered/Date Red

Confirm data entry with a date-stamped record your team can rely on

The Xstamper CX-BN Entered/Date Message Stamp in red is a pre-inked rubber stamp that delivers sharp, consistent impressions for data entry confirmation, document processing and workflow tracking in Australian offices.

Xstamper is Japan’s premium pre-inked stamp brand, trusted by offices worldwide for the quality and longevity of their ink formulation. The CX-BN series uses laser-engraved rubber for precise impressions that remain crisp across up to 100,000 uses. The Entered/Date format records both the entry status and the date in a single impression, providing a clear audit trail for document processing workflows. No stamp pad required – the built-in oil-based ink reservoir handles everything.

The red ink provides high visibility on white documents, making entered-and-dated records easy to spot in filing systems and on desks. The retractable frame protects the stamp surface between uses, and the non-slip grip reduces fatigue during high-volume processing sessions.

Suits data entry operators, accounts payable and receivable staff, administrative assistants and any role that processes documents through a system requiring a date-stamped entry record. Re-inkable with Xstamper refill ink.
