Xstamper CX-BN 2 Colour Message Stamp E-Mailed with Icon Blue/Red

Mark emailed documents clearly with a two-colour stamp that stands out in any filing system

The Xstamper CX-BN 2 Colour E-Mailed with Icon Message Stamp in blue and red is a pre-inked rubber stamp that delivers a two-colour impression combining the E-Mailed message text in blue with a contrasting red icon, providing a distinctive record of documents sent by email in Australian offices.

Xstamper is Japan’s premium pre-inked stamp brand, trusted by offices worldwide for the quality and longevity of their ink formulation. The CX-BN series uses laser-engraved rubber for precise impressions that remain crisp across up to 100,000 uses. The two-colour mechanism applies both ink colours in a single downward motion – no additional steps required. The retractable frame protects both ink surfaces between uses and the clear title window aids quick identification. No separate stamp pad required.

The E-Mailed stamp is a practical tool for paper-based record-keeping in offices that process a mix of physical and digital correspondence. Stamping the file copy of a document that has been emailed creates an immediate, legible record that the email was sent, without relying on digital audit trails. The blue and red combination makes E-Mailed records easy to distinguish from other status marks in high-volume filing systems.

Suits administrative assistants, customer service teams, accounts staff and any role maintaining physical filing records for documents sent by email. Re-inkable with Xstamper 2-colour refill ink.
