X-Press It Steel Ruler 30cm Metric

30cm Metric Steel Ruler for Desk and Classroom

Marked in centimetres and millimetres only, the X-Press It 30cm steel ruler keeps reading simple for A4 ruling, measuring and knife trimming.

For most Australian classrooms and offices, metric is all that is needed. This X-Press It model carries a single metric scale, and the product photo shows edges graduated in 1mm and 0.5mm steps. The 30cm length runs past the 297mm long edge of an A4 sheet, which covers ruled tables, margins and graphs in one stroke.

A clean metric face avoids mix-ups between inch and centimetre lines when students are learning to measure. The steel blade gives a firm, straight edge for cutting card and paper with a craft knife, and it holds up better than plastic in shared art room trays.

Many schools supply one per desk so students are not left sharing. Draw up plans with drawing supplies, trim card using a craft cutter, fill classroom trays from educational supplies, and compare our full metal ruler range.
