X-Press It Conservation Tape 18mm Clear

Clear conservation tape for framing and paper mounting

An 18mm clear tape with 50 metres on the roll, packed for framing, mounting and paper work.

X-Press It Conservation Tape comes boxed on a hanging card printed with the width, length and colour. The clear version is 18mm wide and 50 metres long, and the pack is marked acid free and solvent free. Framers and art students use a tape like this to hinge artwork behind a mat, hold paper in a folder or join sheets where a visible tape line would distract.

Clear tape keeps the join low key when it sits near the visible edge of a mount. The 18mm width suits hinges and paper joins without wasting tape, and 50 metres goes a long way in a framing room. Acid free and solvent free appear on the front of the pack.

Clear conservation tape belongs with our mounting tape and strips and craft adhesives. For the drawings and prints being mounted, browse art paper and canvas or the general tapes range.
