Staedtler Tradition Jumbo Triangular Learner’s Pencil HB Cup 50 1285-2KP50

A classroom cup of chunky triangular HB pencils for first writers

The Staedtler tradition jumbo 1285-2KP50 is a triangular HB learner’s pencil made from upcycled wood, supplied as a cup of 50.

Staedtler build the tradition jumbo 1285 for first writing: a triangular jumbo barrel that guides small fingers into a steady hold, a soft non-slip surface, and a lead of about 4.0mm with high break-resistance. The stripe and stars design includes a name field, which helps in a classroom where every child has the same pencil. This counter display holds 50 pencils in HB.

A cup of 50 sits on the teacher’s desk or a group table so pencils can be handed out and collected quickly. Staedtler now make the 1285 from upcycled wood chips, with the wood content from PEFC-certified, sustainably managed forests, and each pencil carries the Made in Germany mark.

The same pencil also comes in 2B and in boxes of 12, so a room can be stocked in either grade, in cups or boxes. Browse more jumbo pencils, lead pencils and Staedtler graphite pencils for early learners.
