Staedtler Shiny Self-Inking Date Stamp Emailed Message 9S410

EMAILED Date Stamp For Paper Copies Sent Digitally

The Shiny 9S410 marks a hard copy with EMAILED, the send date and a BY: line, so the file shows when a scanned or typed document went out by email.

Many offices still keep a paper file while sending the same document by email. A stamp on the paper copy closes the loop for anyone who picks up that file later, without hunting through a sent folder. It sits alongside FAXED and POSTED in the same Shiny series.

Staedtler distribute this Shiny Printer S-410 in Australia. In their catalogue sample the word EMAILED is spaced out in outline capitals inside a border, with a red date and a dotted BY: line below. Text prints blue, and the 4mm date is adjustable.

For refills Staedtler list Shiny supreme ink, plus two pads for the S-410: 9S400-7D2C for red and blue, 9S400-7B-9 for black.
