Spencil Denim Daze Big Kids Backpack
A soft chambray-blue backpack with pale botanical silhouettes, made for students who like a relaxed, understated look.
Denim Daze takes the washed look of a favourite pair of jeans and layers it with faint white flowers and leafy stems. Navy piping, zips and straps frame the print, so the bag reads calm rather than loud. It suits older primary students and tweens who want something grown-up enough for Year 6, yet patterned enough to spot quickly on a crowded bag rack.
Behind the floral denim print are five zipped compartments, and on the floral denim bag the two biggest sections each have a double zip. A school laptop up to 14 inches slides into the padded inner pocket of the Denim Daze bag, per Spencil, and an elastic tab holds it steady. The front pocket holds everyday bits, and a clip inside it holds a coin pouch or wallet. A side zip pocket of the floral denim bag is sized for a phone, and a bottle sleeve sits on the outside. The outside D-loop suits a bag tag.
Padded shoulder straps that adjust, a padded back and a padded bottom cushion the load. A padded carry handle on top is handy for grabbing it in a rush, and the interior of the Denim Daze pack is fitted with a protective lining. Tucked inside the floral denim pack, a write-on label for a name is placed at the back for the class teacher to spot. By Spencil’s figures, the Denim Daze bag comes in at 43 x 30 x 25cm (H x W x D), has room for about 21.5L and weighs close to 620g on its own.
Team Denim Daze with a bottle from our bottle range, hang a tag from our bag tag collection, or look over the rest of the Spencil collection and our school bags and accessories to round out the Denim Daze kit.
