A Six-Colour 01 Set for Mandala Line Work

Mandala Set 01 brings together six Micron pens at the 0.25mm 01 tip, in black, red, blue, green, orange and purple, for patterned and repeat-motif drawing.

The box art shows overlapping circular mandalas drawn in coral, teal, blue and black, which gives a good sense of how the colours sit together. The 01 tip is one step up from the 005, so lines stay crisp in tight petals and dots while still covering a pattern ring at a reasonable pace. Each pen is listed at 0.25mm on the back of the box.

Mandala and zentangle style work depends on repeating marks of even weight, and a single tip size across all six colours keeps every ring uniform. The box text says the ink dries quickly and will not soak through very thin paper, so dense patterns stay clean.
