Linex Bow Compass Set 780 Grey

Linex 780 bow compass set with divider and extension bar

The Linex 780 Bow Compass Set in grey is a technical drawing set that Hamelin Brands lists with a bow compass, a pen insert, extra leads, a divider and an extension bar.

Hamelin Brands describes the bow compass as having two knee joints and the whole set as made of metal. With the extension bar fitted, Hamelin lists circles up to 580mm, well beyond the 140mm it lists for the Linex 16 school compass. Our product photo shows each piece seated in its own recess in a grey moulded tray, so every part has a place to go back to after a drawing session.

For drafting students, designers and anyone setting out large arcs, one set covers everyday circles with the bow compass and larger ones once the extension bar goes on. In our photo the divider sits in the same tray, ready for stepping off measurements, and the spare leads mean a worn point does not hold up a drawing.

Pair the set with a board from our drawing boards range, compare other geometry compasses, browse the wider geometry and technical drawing collection, or see everything from Linex.
