Copic Multiliner Set 4 Piece Brown

Warm Brown Line Work in Four Fine Widths

Four Copic Multiliner pens in Brown, at 0.05, 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5 mm, for line work with a gentler tone than black.

Copic Multiliners use pigment-based ink, which Copic describe as alcohol resistant once dry, so it does not smear when Copic markers are coloured over it. Brown ink gives a softer outline than black, a useful option for botanical studies, nature sketches and warm-toned illustrations. Copic suggest Multiliners for sketching, drawing, manga and writing, and offer them in ten colours.

Four widths in one colour let you keep a consistent tone while varying weight: 0.05 mm for hatching and hair-fine detail, 0.3 or 0.5 mm for confident outlines. The brown barrels and caps match the ink, making the set easy to find among other pens.

Colour your brown line art with art markers or brush markers, rough out compositions first with artist pencils, and keep finished studies and field sketches together in a visual art diary.
