Colby KW-585 Prisma Half Strip Stapler Black

A Half Strip Desk Stapler That Staples, Tacks and Pins

The Colby KW-585 Prisma is a half strip desk stapler in black with a steel staple feeder and channel, a toughened steel drive blade and a rotating anvil, rated by Colby to 24 sheets of 80 GSM paper.

Colby’s product page says the Prisma accepts 24/6 and 26/6 staples and describes a patented anti jam feature in the steel feeder and channel. The housing and base are high impact ABS plastic with non slip, non scratch rubber feet. Colby’s information sheet adds that the anvil rotates for stapling or tacking and that the stapler folds out for pinning.

One stapler covers the everyday jobs in an office or classroom: closed staples for reports, open staples for tacking notices to a board, and pinning when it folds out. The rubber feet protect a timber desk, and taking standard 26/6 staples keeps refills easy to find.

Stock up on 26/6 and 24/6 refills in paper staples, compare other desk models in half strip staplers, add a spare remover from staple removers, and browse the wider Colby KW range.
