Colby 356F Expanding File 26 Pocket Black

A Foolscap 26 Pocket Expanding File With a Carry Handle

The Colby 356F Foolscap 26 Pocket Expanding File is a traditional 24 tab expanding file with a business card window and spine handle, for sorting invoices, correspondence and records by name, month or job.

Colby’s product information sheet describes strong, durable covers with a business card window on the front, an ABS plastic closure on the front flap and a strong ABS plastic spine handle. Inside, 24 tabbed dividers with paper inserts give 26 storage pockets, and the file is made from archival quality, copy safe and acid free polypropylene. Colby lists the dimensions as 280mm high, 385mm wide and 75mm deep, in black.

Each tab takes a paper insert, so the file can be set up A to Z, by month or by job and relabelled later. The handle and clip closure mean a year of receipts or a client’s records can be carried to a meeting in one piece.

For papers that do not need 26 pockets, smaller sets suit our document wallets, larger archives go in office archive boxes, and other sizes are in expanding files, with portable options in document carry cases.
