Artline 40 Paint Crayon White, Box of 12

The box calls the paint in white Artline 40 Paint Crayons opaque, and ACCO lists them in boxes of 12 with thermal resistance up to 200 degrees Celsius.

ACCO calls the 40 a hard plastic encapsulated paint crayon that is retractable, and says the heavily pigmented colour remains visible even on dark surfaces and dries in 5-7 minutes. The box prints the paint’s thermal resistance as 200C to -10C and lists permanent, opaque, fade and water proof among its features.

White paint stands out on dark steel, dark timber and dark painted surfaces, which suits marking on dark castings and machinery parts. Recapping after each use, as the box advises, helps the crayon stay ready, and ACCO describes the case around the paint as hard plastic.
