The Artline 19 Industrial Marker is a black chisel nib marker with a 2-5mm line width, which ACCO describes for permanent marking on porous and non-porous surfaces, including greasy metal.

ACCO names porous surfaces like cardboard and wood and non-porous ones such as steel and glass, and says the xylene-based ink suits greasy non-porous surfaces like metal and dries instantly. The box prints fiber tip and water resistant, then instant drying, plus ink contains xylene, with EK-19 and 1DOZ (12PCS.) on the end. ACCO’s feature text mentions an aluminium barrel.

A chisel nib gives a broad stroke for carton numbers and a narrower edge for smaller notes, which suits warehouses, workshops and dispatch benches. Because the box says the ink contains xylene, read the safety data sheet attached to this page before regular use.
