Staedtler Shiny Pre-Inked Stamp Processed Solid Text Red 9SEN127-2

PROCESSED Stamp For Forms And Workflow Trays

Shiny 9SEN127-2 prints PROCESSED in tall, narrow solid red capitals, a quick way to show that a form, claim or order has been dealt with.

The condensed letters in Staedtler’s sample keep a long word within a compact footprint, so it fits in a margin or on the corner of a timesheet without crowding the content.

Offices that handle a flow of paperwork, such as leave forms, expense claims, purchase orders and applications, use a processed mark to stop the same item being actioned twice. One press and the status is plain to the next person who picks it up.

This is a pre-inked stamp, so no separate pad is needed. Shiny is the manufacturer and Staedtler the distributor in Australia; the matching red refill is 9SO-62.
