Deskmate Pre-Inked Office Stamp Entered Date and By Red

Show What Was Entered, When And By Whom

Deskmate 0273550 prints ENTERED in red above two ruled boxes labelled Date and By, ready to be filled in by hand once a document has been keyed into your system.

Data entry goes wrong when paperwork gets processed twice or not at all. A red panel on the page tells the next person the job is done, and the handwritten date and initials show who did it. The layout is visible in the ACCO impression photo, and ACCO give the impression area as 35 x 10mm.

Being pre-inked, the stamp carries its own ink and needs no pad. ACCO quote around 100,000 impressions from the ink supply before refilling, and say it takes Deskmate stamp ink only. Their 10ml red pre-inked refill suits single and dual colour pre-inked stamps. The cap keeps the die covered and stops stray marks in a drawer.
