Artline 40 Paint Crayon Black, Box of 12

The Artline 40 Paint Crayon in black is solidified paint in a retractable hard plastic case, which ACCO describes for marking objects exposed to high temperatures.

ACCO gives thermal resistance up to 200 degrees Celsius and a drying time of 5-7 minutes, and calls the ink heavily pigmented and visible even on dark surfaces. The box prints thermal resistance of paint 200C to -10C, permanent, opaque, fade and water proof, marks on most surfaces and remove paint with alcohols.

Black paint crayon suits pale steel, galvanised pipe and light castings in fabrication shops, foundries and maintenance work. Extend the crayon to mark and recap it after use, as the box advises, so the paint stays workable between jobs and the crayon is ready in the tool box.
