Staedtler Lumocolor Permanent Medium Green Box 10 317-5

Medium Green Lumocolor Pens By The Box

Staedtler 317-5 is the green Lumocolor permanent pen in the M width, a line of about 1.0 mm, packed as a box of 10.

The medium tip lands between the fine 318 and the broad 314: bold enough to read across a room on a file tab or a planning overlay, still controlled enough for handwriting on labels, sample bags and plastic sleeves. Ten green pens keep a colour code consistent across a team.

Staedtler describe the 317 as a universal pen for almost all surfaces, and their catalogue names overhead film, CDs and DVDs. Marks are smudge-proof and waterproof, the ink dries fast for left-handed writers and has a low odour. Lightfastness is stated for black only, so green is best for indoor records. The spec is rounded out by DRY SAFE ink, a locked tip and a polypropylene barrel, and Staedtler say it is made in Germany.

Pair it with red 317-2 and blue 317-3 for a three-colour scheme.
