Black Set A gathers the four finest Copic Multiliner widths, 0.03, 0.05, 0.1 and 0.3 mm, for precise inking and delicate detail.

When work calls for hairline hatching, technical detail or small manga panels, the narrow end of the range does the heavy lifting. Copic make Multiliners with pigment-based ink that they describe as alcohol resistant when dry, so finished lines are meant to hold under Copic marker colour. The 0.03 mm pen is the narrowest width in the Multiliner line.

Stepping from 0.03 to 0.3 mm gives clear control over line weight in black: draw contours with the 0.3, add texture with the 0.1, and save the 0.05 and 0.03 for eyelashes, hair strands or fine shading. Pair it with Black Set B when you need heavier strokes.
