The Pilot Pintor Broad is a water-based paint marker with an 8 mm chisel tip and opaque pale orange paint that works on paper, glass, plastic, metal, wood, fabric, ceramic and dark surfaces.

The broad chisel tip is the widest in the Pintor range. Used flat it fills large areas quickly, and turned on its edge it draws a narrower stroke, which makes it the right size for signs, posters, banners and bold lettering. The paint is richly pigmented and opaque, so pale orange shows cleanly on black card, glass and other dark or coloured surfaces where ordinary markers disappear.

The paint is water based and xylene free, dries quickly and is water and light resistant once dry. On porous surfaces such as paper, card, wood and fabric it is permanent. On non-porous surfaces such as glass and glazed ceramic it can be removed with water or rubbing alcohol, which suits window art and temporary displays. Shake the marker with the cap on, then press the tip down to start the paint flowing.
