Staedtler Textsurfer Classic Refill Station Red 488 64-2

Red Refill Station For Urgent-Mark Highlighters

Staedtler 488 64-2 holds 30 ml of red ink and refills a red Textsurfer classic 364-2 highlighter.

Red highlighting usually means urgent: a correction, a risk, a clause to raise. Because red is a less common highlighter colour, it is worth keeping the pen alive rather than hunting for a replacement. Stand the uncapped highlighter nib down in the pot; the card on the pack shows at least 3 hours.

Staedtler state that the refill station makes it impossible to overfill the pen. Per their 2024 catalogue, one red Textsurfer classic can go back in the pot up to 7 times, as long as the tip holds up, and the pot also suits the classic rainbow colours. It is a PP pot, made in Germany according to Staedtler.
