Crystalfile Insert Tabs A-Z White Pack 52

Rectangle A-Z Inserts for Labelling Suspension File Tabs

Crystalfile 111540 Insert Tabs are a pack of 52 white A-Z inserts with a rectangle design, for labelling clear suspension file tabs in office, school and practice filing cabinets.

ACCO Australia describe the inserts as durable cardboard in white for easy visibility, and say they are easy to use with Crystalfile clear tabs. ACCO’s pack shot shows the Crystalfile Inserts 52 pack for suspension files, with rectangular strips and black letters, and notes that printing templates are available from ACCO. The specification sheet lists the pack at 65 x 255 x 5mm.

A printed letter in every tab lets staff find a file by eye instead of reading folder by folder. Because the inserts slide out, a cabinet can be relettered when sections are merged or split, and the clear tabs already on the files keep doing their job.

Use them with suspension files and tabs from the Crystalfile range, set up drawers in office filing cabinets, add filing labels for boxes and shelves, and secure papers with filing fasteners.
