Spirax Meeting Book A4 140 Page

Every Meeting Recorded On The Same Page Layout

Spirax 565705 is the No. 705 meeting book, an A4 spiral book of 140 perforated pages each printed with a meeting template.

Blank pages leave the structure to whoever is taking minutes, and the parts that matter later, such as who attended, what was agreed and who owns the next step, are easy to skip. The 705 prints the headings for you. ACCO say the template covers date, topic, attendees, objectives, notes and actions, and their page photo shows an Action Items block at the foot with boxes to tick off.

Pages are 60gsm and perforated, so a finished sheet can be removed and filed with the project or handed to whoever has the actions. The single spiral runs down the side, and the A4 page (210 x 297mm) leaves a large ruled area for the discussion itself.
